At SERO, we want to get your cookware to you as quickly as possible. Below you will find the details of our shipping process.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 5-8 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and are subject to carrier availability. SERO is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. SERO is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at serosupport@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to update the address before shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at serosupport@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
